  • Use artwork, audio clips, and artist information for editorial purposes

4. Fees & Payments

Certain features may require a distribution contribution fee.

  • Fees are clearly communicated prior to confirmation

  • Payment does not guarantee selection or specific outcomes (e.g. streams, placements, or coverage scale)

  • All payments are final and non-refundable once a feature is confirmed

5. No Guarantees

HypeIndex does not guarantee:

  • Streaming numbers

  • Playlist placement

  • Press coverage beyond our own channels

  • Commercial success or career outcomes

Our role is to provide curated exposure and editorial support.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content

  • Attempt to manipulate or misuse our platform

  • Misrepresent your relationship with HypeIndex

7. Limitation of Liability

HypeIndex is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Outcomes related to exposure or promotion

  • Third-party platform performance (e.g. Spotify, social media)
